Primary Care Networks (PCNs) have been part of the structure of Primary Care in the NHS since 2019.
PCNs build on existing primary care services and enable greater provision of proactive, personalised, coordinated and more integrated health and social care for people close to home. PCNs are groups of GP Practices working together to deliver healthcare services to their local population.
They are small enough to provide the personal care valued by both people and GPs, but large enough to have impact and economies of scale through better collaboration between GP practices and others in the local health and social care system.
We are part of the South Birmingham Alliance PCN along with the following Practices:
- Bournville Surgery
- Frankley Health Centre
- Keynell Covert Surgery
- Kings Norton Surgery
- Ley Hill Surgery
- Northwood Medical Centre
