West Heath Hub – SDS MyHealthcare
We are part of the SDS MyHealthcare Federation – a group of practices who work together to provide high quality, local healthcare.
The West Heath Hub provides some clinics that are available to our patients. We are able to book you into these services if we have no remaining appointments or if you require more specialist care. These clinics include:
- A virtual GP service
- A virtual Pharmacist service
- A face-to-face GP service (evening and weekend appointments)
- A mental health clinic
- A musculoskeletal (MSK) clinic
All staff adhere to the Practice’s Confidentiality Policy and Data Protection Act 2018.
